The Scavengers Series 1 is Kathie Olivas first set featuring 7 adorable innocent looking figures. The figures are based on her Misery Children paintings which depicts adolescents in a weird twisted way.

The packaging for this series is very well designed and constructed with an elaborate magnetic panel box that folds up and back. There are less than 2000 of any figure made of series one and only 300 secret figures randomly packed. Most stores have sold out of this series as it was first released in June 2008.

Blind box are toys which are specifically packed to hide the identity of the figure until it’s open to make what you get a surprise.
